When we say this is something Keller hasn’t seen before, we mean it. Soho brings an elevated yet inviting dining experience to our community, serving up authentic Italian-inspired dishes with a modern twist — all in a space that feels warm, classy, and perfect for everything from date night to girl’s night.
I sat down with Mentor, one of the restaurant’s owners, to get the story behind the concept — and it’s one filled with passion and purpose.
“We wanted to bring something new to Keller,” Mentor shared. “Our menu is 99 to 100 percent Italian food. We put our heart into every dish.”
From the East Coast to Keller
Both owners have roots in New York and New Jersey, and you can feel that East Coast flair throughout the space — from the hospitality to the menu that blends tradition with creativity.
What started as a dream up north found its destiny right here in Texas.
“Our dream was always to open something of our own,” Mentor said. “Destiny brought us to Texas — especially Keller.”
And what a destiny it’s been.

The Soho team takes Italian favorites to another level. During our visit, we got to sample some of their standout dishes, including:
- Zucchini Flowers — light, crispy, and full of flavor.
- Grilled Octopus — tender perfection that’s hard to find anywhere else in town.
- Fettuccine Bolognese — rich, hearty, and handcrafted with care.
- Pesto Pizza — fresh basil, creamy mozzarella, and a perfect char on the crust.
Their chef prides himself on being flexible — willing to customize for dietary preferences or cravings. It’s that level of care that makes Soho feel like more than a restaurant — it feels like a community table.

Next, we met Argent, Soho’s resident wine expert and certified sommelier. Originally from Brooklyn, Argent brought his East Coast charm — and cocktail skills — to Keller’s newest hangout.
Behind the sleek bar, he mixes signature drinks that you won’t find anywhere else in town. He showed us a few of his favorites:
- The Soho Pear Martini 🍐 — smooth, elegant, and just the right balance of sweet and citrus.
- The Fig Martini — rich, earthy, and surprisingly refreshing.
- The Game of Thrones Cocktail 🐉 — a bourbon-based masterpiece, finished with dramatic smoke that fills the air as it’s served.
Each drink feels like an experience — and that’s exactly what Soho aims for.
“We love seeing people come in, relax, and enjoy the evening,” Argent said. “That’s what this place is all about.”
