A Lifetime of Caring for Seniors
Stephanie’s career in senior living spans nearly three decades, including leadership roles in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities across North Texas. Her passion for helping others led her to launch her own placement and referral agency in 2023.
“Helping families find solutions for their elderly loved ones has always been my passion,” Stephanie shares. “I wanted to use my experience to guide families toward the best senior living options for their unique needs.”

“Our mission is to educate and empower families,” she explains. “We go beyond advice — we schedule tours and even accompany families if they’d like extra support along the way. We want the process to be as smooth and reassuring as possible.”

Stephanie’s favorite part of her work is watching clients thrive once they find the right fit. She remembers one of her first clients, Ruby, whose journey reminded her why she started this business.
“Ruby toured three communities with me and eventually chose one where she’s now thriving,” Stephanie recalls. “She’s become a leader there — organizing activities and helping others feel at home. Seeing that transformation is what this work is all about.”

While many agencies only serve private-pay clients, Stephanie’s compassion extends to everyone — including families seeking Medicaid or Medicare options.
“My mom lived in a wonderful assisted living community for eight years through Medicaid,” she shares. “We don’t get compensated for those placements, but we still offer recommendations and guidance. Everyone deserves support, regardless of their situation.”

“Keller has the amenities of a big city but the warmth of a small town,” she says. “It’s a place where everyone knows your name — that’s what makes it special.”
Some of her favorite local spots include JR’s BBQ and More, The Local Watering Hole, Shotzee’s, and The Conservatory at Keller Town Center. She also enjoys supporting St. Martin-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church, where she’s met wonderful community leaders.
Looking Ahead
Stephanie is excited about expanding her reach across North Texas.
“We currently have four agents serving Tarrant County, and I plan to grow into Parker and Dallas Counties soon,” she says. “The more agents we have, the more families we can help find a safe, happy place to call home.”
